Ratings inaccurate

Yelp absolutely controls the ratings of certain restaurants and its outrageous. My company has 3.5 stars because all of the positive reviews are in the "non-recommended" section because theyre all first time reviewers. Yelp is a crock of BS and I would not recommend it.
