Messed up an easy oil change.
Had to bring in twice before they figured it out even when I told them. Also because of this mess I had to clean up oil drops from driveway twice.
Many years of oil changes and first time someone screws up something this simple.
Not to mention my valuable
time going back and forth.
I figure twice deserves a bad review .
